Automobile bodies made by mix of steel and aluminum composites are getting famous in present days to decrease weight. Present work means exhibit the strength Aluminum welded joint. Primary measures centered this forecast, streamlining welding measure boundaries investigation intermetallics. Base materials utilized AA6061 alloys SS304 hardened alloy. BCuP-4 copper filler bar is for TIG welding/brazing base metals. Taguchi L27 symmetrical with three elements taken plan analyses. Analysis Variance (ANOVA) a tool used determine remarkable effect parameters their performance significantly. In addition, experimental Tensile compared predicted values based on ANN. The results were found be satisfactory. Formation Of IMCs studied doing SEM analysis.
